It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. We provide a small starter kit, which includes: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 hand soap per bathroom 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom 1 sponge in the kitchen 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen 1 paper towel in the kitchen 1 laundry detergent 1 garbage bag Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items. Rules and guidelines: POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND GRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws. PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

The large center island overlooks the dining and living areas, so the cook stays part of the action. With room for eight, the dining room table will become the focal point for family conversations. The kitchen island seats three more, or head out to the covered patio with outdoor table for four. Tranquil blues and greens adorn the first bedroom, outfitted with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Whimsical and fun, the second bedroom has a red statement accent wall and a queen bed. Kids will love the third bedroom featuring a race car theme and two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is decorated just for the kids too, with bright pinks and blues and pretty princesses. Over in the fifth bedroom, two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds mean lots of sleeping space for a magical slumber party. This home is located in the beautiful Windsor at Westside resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. As our guest, you’ll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river! Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.
