THE SPACE
Open-plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook, chat and watch the 60" HDTV. The living room couch is a Sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. The sleek kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal. A comfortable dining table seats 4 and there is also extra seating at the bar. Just beyond the living area is a furnished, oversized lanai with lake view providing additional lounging space to relax with a cold drink after a long day at the theme parks. A cozy den offers a separate area to relax with a book and has 2 of the cutest single pull out sofa beds. A handy desk is located off the dining area to catch up on work or check the reviews on all the local attractions and restaurants.
BED & BATH
The elegant master suite boasts a king bed with a plush pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, ceiling fan and 37" flat screen TV. There is a vast remodeled en-suite bathroom with designer tiling throughout, large walk in shower, his and hers vanities, an oversized soaking tub and screened toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 double beds with a 37" flat screen TV plus an en-suite family bathroom. The condo also has a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma’s Cafe, and Half Barrel’s Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property, and also within walking distance, in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth’s Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. There is also a Chick-Fil-A across the street on Universal Boulevard.
