The pool is heated to an above-industry standard of 85 degrees. Comfortable, yet refreshing. Please note- during rare cold snaps, the heater may not perfectly maintain temps. Please note that if the pool temperature gage has been increased to more than 85 degrees there will be a $50.00 additional charge per day. The pool heater works based on the outdoor air temperature. During colder weather or cold snaps, heating performance may be limited, and we’re unable to guarantee the pool will reach a specific temperature, such as 85°F. Pool and lawn maintenance are attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay. We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can’t guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we’re dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition. Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :) We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound. Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and we require a signed rental agreement. All cancellations at anytime are subject to a credit card processing fee of 4%. We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed but note that our threshold is from 70-78F. We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy. There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 10 guests at any other time. A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. This agreement outlines the house rules, occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. If you have any questions or would like to review the Rental Agreement before booking, please feel free to request a copy—we’re happy to provide it. We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather. ACTIVE STAYS If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area. If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities. You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. Ensure the grill is used only outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Turn all burner controls to the OFF position after use. Completely shut off the propane tank valve or gas supply after each use. Ensure the grill has completely cooled before leaving the property or covering it.  6.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Uses I agree that I will not: Move the grill from its designated location. Use the grill indoors, inside a garage, under a covered patio not designed for grilling, or in any enclosed area. Use gasoline, lighter fluid, charcoal, wood, or any other flammable accelerants on a gas grill. Modify, repair, or tamper with the grill or propane connections. Use the grill for any purpose other than cooking food. Allow any person who is intoxicated, impaired by drugs or alcohol, or otherwise incapable of safely operating the grill to use it. Allow minors to operate the grill.  7.⁠ ⁠Damage Responsibility I agree to immediately report any malfunction, gas leak, damage, or unsafe condition to Bay Haven Management and discontinue use of the grill until instructed otherwise. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted, as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather. ACTIVE STAYS If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area. If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities. You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. Keep the grill a safe distance from structures, furniture, railings, trees, umbrellas, and any combustible materials. Keep children and pets a safe distance from the grill. Ensure the grill is used only outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Turn all burner controls to the OFF position after use. Completely shut off the propane tank valve or gas supply after each use. Ensure the grill has completely cooled before leaving the property or covering it.  6.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Uses I agree that I will not: Move the grill from its designated location. Use the grill indoors, inside a garage, under a covered patio not designed for grilling, or in any enclosed area. Use gasoline, lighter fluid, charcoal, wood, or any other flammable accelerants on a gas grill. Modify, repair, or tamper with the grill or propane connections. Use the grill for any purpose other than cooking food. Allow any person who is intoxicated, impaired by drugs or alcohol, or otherwise incapable of safely operating the grill to use it. Allow minors to operate the grill.  7.⁠ ⁠Damage Responsibility I agree to immediately report any malfunction, gas leak, damage, or unsafe condition to Bay Haven Management and discontinue use of the grill until instructed otherwise. Use the grill indoors, inside a garage, under a covered patio not designed for grilling, or in any enclosed area. Ensure the grill is used only outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Turn all burner controls to the OFF position after use. Completely shut off the propane tank valve or gas supply after each use. Ensure the grill has completely cooled before leaving the property or covering it.  6.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Uses I agree that I will not: Move the grill from its designated location. Use the grill indoors, inside a garage, under a covered patio not designed for grilling, or in any enclosed area. Use gasoline, lighter fluid, charcoal, wood, or any other flammable accelerants on a gas grill. Modify, repair, or tamper with the grill or propane connections. Use the grill for any purpose other than cooking food. Allow any person who is intoxicated, impaired by drugs or alcohol, or otherwise incapable of safely operating the grill to use it. Allow minors to operate the grill.  7.⁠ ⁠Damage Responsibility I agree to immediately report any malfunction, gas leak, damage, or unsafe condition to Bay Haven Management and discontinue use of the grill until instructed otherwise.
