The living room has pocket sliders allowing full access to the covered patio with a bistro table for six people and lounging patio furniture around the pool. Walk a 1/2 block to the beach through the quiet neighborhood or 1 block to the river in the opposite direction- note this location offers you the ability to not miss any sunrise or sunset.
