This beautiful new townhome is fully stocked and provides you with everything you need for a get away. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There is a dining table with four chairs and four barstools at the kitchen counter. There is also a high chair for the any little ones. There are beach towels provided for your use, along a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys! The beach is a 7 block walk directly down the street. Bring your pups, as the back and side yard are fully fenced in. There is also a back patio with lounge seating and a grill. The living room space has plenty of seating. Enjoy a smart TV with Roku, board games and jenga. There are four bedrooms on the upper level and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a luxury mattress and attached bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided along with a hair dryer. There are two other bedrooms each with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The washer and dryer are located on the upper floor with the bedrooms.
