Please let us know if you have pets. 4 - Please only park in the location designated in your check in procedures, failure to park in the designated location could result in your car being towed. 5—Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs. 6—Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $500 charge. 7—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean, and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in. Normal wear and tear is expected however excessive dirt on floors, rugs or furniture may require additional cleaning and charges will apply. 8- Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets, flushing anything like feminine products, wet wipes, plastic, etc... could result in a back up and potential fees charged at the end of your stay, please report plumbing issues to your host immediately. 9—Please use black makeup towels provided. If towels are stained, there will be a charge of $5 per towel charged upon checkout. 10—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties. 11- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25. 12- Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved includes a pool & the undersigned agrees / acknowledges that the pool & patio/deck can be dangerous areas. The patio/deck can be slippery when wet and injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts & warnings, the undersigned Tenant and guests of tenant accepts / assumes all risks and holds host and owner harmless. No jumping or diving into the pool. 13 - EV Charging on premises is strictly prohibited, in order to protect the safety of your vehicle and the electrical system of the home. We are not responsible for any damages incurred and a fine of $500 along with the cost for any damages incurred to the home will be applied for noncompliance. ✦✦Depending on the booking site, Cleaning fee may include a Limited Damage Waiver fee which covers damages reported to the host in writing BEFORE checkout. This fee is included with the cleaning fee. Specifics of coverage will be laid out in the rental agreement sent once reservation is confirmed. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Feel safe and right at home when you enter our South Pasadena getaway oasis. Parking can accommodate up to (3) small vehicles in the driveway parked back to back. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. The golf cart is a paid amenity and is available to reserve. It can be reserved for the entirety of the stay (two-day minimum). Or, if reserving for only part of your stay, it must be at the end of your stay (two-day minimum). The cost for this amenity is $80 per day. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. - NO PETS ALLOWED. - 4-5 cars max in the driveway and garage. Parking in garage for 2 vehicles and 2 in driveway If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking, extra fees apply!! ($125/night) -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this in mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months.
