The yard is surrounded by more than a dozen trees of various sizes/types - there will be leaves around the area - and when season pollen counts are high - pollen will accumulate quickly. The pool system & waterfalls are scheduled on a timer to run the same time daily, but it is not heated. The indoor fireplace is not operational.
