Anything setting cooler than this range would not only be too cold but could also over burden the system and could cause malfunctions. Please NO DIVING. ➤ Please keep an adult responsible for watching children around the pool when children are present. We have pool ALARMS on windows and doors that provide access to the pool. If you have young children, make sure pool alarms are operating with batteries engaged. ➤ Our pool maintenance service ensures your pool is clean every week. In addition, between scheduled pool services, we’ve provided your space with a pool net for clearing any stray vegetation and an robot pool vacuum for thorough cleaning. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Inside, the home keeps the same easy rhythm: a full kitchen with room to cook for the whole group, a dining table for six, and an open living area that flows from one gathering spot to the next. Three generous bedrooms give everyone somewhere comfortable to land — two anchored by king beds, the third by a queen, all dressed for a deep sleep after a day in the Florida sun. There are 3.5 bathrooms in total: two full and a half inside, plus a full bathroom outside, which is the kind of detail you only appreciate once you’ve spent an afternoon going in and out of the pool. You’re in a quiet canal neighborhood at Pompano Beach’s southern edge, with the waterways out back putting you in the middle of South Florida’s boating country. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is the closest thing to a home village — a mile south, where a low-key stretch of Commercial Boulevard runs seafood counters, cafes, and ice cream shops right down to the sand, and the beach stays noticeably calmer than its neighbors. The Pompano Beach Pier is two miles north: free to walk, shaded along its length, ringed by waterfront dining, with fishing off the end for anyone who wants it. Keep going and Hillsboro Inlet Park opens up around the four-mile mark, benches and picnic tables looking straight across the water at the Hillsboro Lighthouse. Fort Lauderdale’s restaurants, marinas, and nightlife sit about six miles southwest, and there’s shell-collecting along the shore in either direction.
