If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. This 4/3 is one side of a duplex. The other side of the duplex is not included in the rental. Once it reaches temp (99 degrees) the hot tub will run for 3 hours and then switch back to heating/circulating the pool to keep it from turning green.
