You are renting one unit on the property - not the entire property. • The pool is heated in cooler/colder months. Please note that a heated pool is not as hot as a hot tub. While the pool heater is sufficient to heat the pool throughout the majority of the winter, it will generally not be able to properly heat the pool if the temperature drops below 50 degrees. • There are a few steps from the parking area down to the elevator.
