Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.
A car is recommended for exploring the area year-round. The home offers easy access to Gothic Road and nearby trails. Downtown Crested Butte and the ski resort are just minutes away, and the free local shuttle (during peak seasons) provides convenient transportation around town. Gunnison Airport (GUC) is about 35 minutes away.

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
~AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended November through April.
~All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, not on the street. This property shares a driveway with the neighbor and can handle 5 vehicles comfortably. You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 25 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Dog Policy:
This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.
Security & Monitoring:
Ring devices are installed at the entrances of both the main cabin and the apartment cabin. These cameras monitor exterior entry points only and do not record any interior or private spaces.
Noise Policy:
This is a luxury property located along the pristine East River. Due to its proximity to the water, sound can travel and may be amplified.
We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the surroundings and our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city’s area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
