Although the fireplace is non-operational, the living room offers a cozy and comfortable space to unwind in this beautiful Farmhouse. 🍽️ Dining Room: Enjoy wonderful conversation and delicious meals around the dining table, conveniently located right inside from the covered patio. 🛏️ Bedroom 1 (Master): Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom, complete with crisp linens and fluffy pillows. The room features its own sink for easy nighttime routines and a full, en-suite bathroom beautifully finished with custom tile, a double shower head, and a spacious walk-in shower.. 🛏️ Bedroom 2: Wake up feeling refreshed in the ultra-comfortable Queen bed with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. The room includes its own sink for your convenience and direct access to the main bathroom. 🛌 Bedroom 3: Enjoy a great night’s sleep in this spacious bedroom featuring two twin beds and an oversized closet for your use. 🛁 Main Bathroom: Featuring two vanities, a large deep bathtub, and beautiful tile work throughout. It’s fully stocked with a hairdryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even face wipes and feminine products for any last-minute needs. 👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities: During your stay, you will have access to the entire Farmhouse to include the private patio consisting of the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor furniture! We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels! 🚗 By Car: A car is recommended for the most convenient access to local attractions. The property is easily accessible from major roads, allowing you to explore Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas with ease. 🚌 Public Transportation: Public transit options are available nearby, with bus stops within walking distance connecting you to various parts of the city. 🚶‍♂️ On Foot: The neighborhood is very walkable, with many attractions, shops, and dining options easily accessible on foot. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to explore the historic charm of Old Colorado City. 🚴 By Bike: The area is bike-friendly, with access to several trails and bike lanes that connect you to popular spots like Red Rock Canyon Open Space and Garden of the Gods. Renting a bike is a great way to see the sights and enjoy the beautiful Colorado scenery. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🏡 Shared Property: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay! 💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. ❄️ Cooling: Our Portable AC Unit is installed for the warmer summer months to keep you comfortable during your stay. 🌿 Lawn Care: To keep the property looking its best, our grounds crew visits on Mondays and Tuesdays during daytime hours.
