• The stove has an induction cooktop. It heats up very quickly, so don’t walk away while cooking. The burner will turn off if the pot is removed or is not centered.
• Do not adjust the hot water dispenser temperature; it is at a temperature that will keep it hot but not be too high.

• Please note that Thursday is the normal trash day of the week. Someone may enter the garage to roll the cans to the curb, but they will NOT enter the home.
• Please note that someone may stop by during your stay to service the lawn, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. They typically come by Monday for the lawn and Friday for the backyard amenities. They will not enter the home, but they will be in the backyard.
• The clear tabs sometimes break on the blinds. Please let us know if this happens, so we can replace it.
• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
