The residence features 4 bdrms and 4 bths and is located 5 miles from downtown Durango and 33 miles from Purgatory ski area and just 5 mins from the recently opened Lake Nighthorse. Situated on 3.6 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just mins from downtown Durango and at an elevation of 7,200 ft, always cooler in the summer than downtown. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. Each of the bedrooms have an AC Unit for those few days of summer when opening the windows at night is not quite enough to cool the home down.
