We are three generations (ages 2 to 75!) of skiers, snowboarders, and overall mountain enthusiasts! Copper Mountain is our home away from home. We love to bring the family together slope-side. Copper is affordable, ’down to earth,’ and, in our opinion, has the BEST skiing in Summit County. However, if you want to visit Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, or A-Basin, it is a 30-minute drive. Copper is also on a special Summit County bus route, so visitors do not need to rent a car. Our four-bedroom + loft condo is a TRUE ski-in/ski-out vacation retreat! Just 100 yards from the Super B Express "six-person" chairlift in East Village, it offers great value for large groups or multiple families. The two-level condo boasts amazing views of the ski slopes. The main level features a contemporary kitchen, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this level: The master bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a flat-screen TV. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the condo and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain—just give them a call. Alternatively, you can walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 50 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and takes you to either Center or West Village. Early Season Information: The Super B chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Upon entering the Whispering Pines duplex, you’ll discover a beautiful and open main level with large windows and high ceilings – the sliding doors open to an expansive deck with outdoor seating in the summer months and a BBQ gas grill. Back inside, your group will be able to spread out in the open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living area, and dining area – the spacious kitchen features a gas stove, ample workspace, and a large island with bar seating. The adjacent dining area offers seating for eight at the table. After dinner, retreat to the living area and enjoy a nice fire in the gas fireplace and a movie on the flat-screen TV.
