This is an ideal home for groups of family or friends that want to be close to everything Breckenridge has to offer! The home has a fenced yard and is one of the few dog friendly homes in Breckenridge! This four bedroom home is spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The kitchen, dining room, and living room share the main floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal at home. There is plenty of counter space and access to a patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining table. The living and dining rooms share a space. The dining table has seating for 8. The living room is highlighted by a beautiful large L shaped couch. The living room has comfortable furniture, plenty of windows to take in the mountain views, and a large flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and both of them have a queen bed and TV. The main floor has one bathroom, which has a shower/tub and is located across from the bedrooms. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist.
