- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is no parking available on the street in front of the home. If you have a third car, you need to park on the adjacent street and walk about 5 minutes to the house. Guests cannot park in the garage.

- The lagoon across the road attracts seasonal migratory birds, offering a unique bird watching opportunity. During the season the birds are in the area, their cheerful chatter can add to the natural ambiance. Our team regularly cleans the patio and windows, but you may notice some bird droppings in the outdoor areas during peak migration. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy this beautiful, natural setting.
- Please note that while the primary bedroom is the only room on the top floor, it does not have a locking door to make it a fully private space, so it will not provide complete privacy if other guests come upstairs.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage and a room downstairs that are reserved for owner’s storage. Guests will NOT be able to park in the garage.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
**Booking Requirements**
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for our guests and homeowners, the primary guest is required to complete identity verification and sign Property Manager Rentals’ Vacation Rental Agreement after booking confirmation. Instructions will be provided shortly after your reservation is confirmed.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to complete all required pre-arrival documentation. Failure to complete required documentation may affect your ability to access the property and may result in cancellation of the reservation where permitted by the booking platform and applicable policies.
