LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Enter the home via a digital keypad off the massive deck and BBQ area. The living space has a large sleeper sofas, two side chairs and a 65” SmartTV equipped with Roku. Adjacent to the sitting area, is the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a huge island surrounded with 8 bar stools – a great place to hang while entertaining the chef. This chef’s dream kitchen includes: two 4-burner Gaggenau cooktops, two convection ovens, two dishwashers, huge, French-door fridge/freezer, ice-make and dual-zone wine cooler.
