Large sliding glass doors frame mountain views and open directly onto the pool area, so the indoors and outdoors flow seamlessly together. On cool desert evenings, gather around the indoor fireplace. Entertainment options include a TV, premium sound system, and high-speed WiFi throughout. If you need to steal a few hours for work, a dedicated workspace is ready and waiting.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has everything you need to cook anything from casual weeknight dinners to gourmet feasts — gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. *** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People’s noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.
**MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES ***
Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.
Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
