Continued and ongoing screaming or excessive noise for an extended time is one way to upset the neighbors. • There is no use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. (NOISE AND ACTIVITY SHOULD NOT BE HEARD OUTSIDE AFTER 10 PM) PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly. Parking: 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street. PETS: We are pet friendly!
