Monte Rio Treehouse

Monte Rio, CA, US
3 Bedrooms 6 Guests
Aug 23 - 25
$354 night

Monte Rio Treehouse has an abundance of character! From three stories in the majestic redwood trees to a gumball machine to a hidden bedroom, the house sits at the crossroads of adventure and convenience (River Blvd and Kingston Avenue, actually). Boho Manor (and their Gatsby-inspired restaurant and jazz speakeasy, spa, high-tea, brunch, and yoga sessions) is across the street. Formerly the Village Inn, new owners have re-imagined the property and recommend reservations. Highland Dell (German) Restaurant is a couple doors down as well. You can mosey at your own pace to several beaches along the Russian River, tennis courts, skate park, playground, bars, other restaurants, and the locally beloved Rio Theater. Hop in the car and you’re a short drive to the Sonoma Coast, a zip line adventure near Occidental, wineries and oodles of activities. Or, hang out at this much loved cabin - cooking up a fantastic meal with local produce, watch the game, BBQ or just sip a glass of wine (or beer) under the towering trees. On the second story, the main entrance to the house leads into a cozy living room with gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV (with movie library and Xbox), wrap-around sofa, master and second bedrooms, laundry room and full bathroom. Did you say hidden bedroom? Behind the living room bookshelf, you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen bed and mini-bed (see note below), access to a balcony with propane BBQ, and a delightful spot to snuggle in for the night. Don’t feel like going upstairs to the kitchen for a refill? No need, there’s a mini fridge and beverage station at the bottom of the interior stairs between the 2nd and 3rd levels of the house. The third level feels like you’re perched in your childhood dream treehouse - you are way, way up in the redwood trees! This uppermost level of the home contains a delightfully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, full bathroom and third bedroom. There’s also a little deck and outdoor stairs to the second and ground levels of the home. The Monte Rio Treehouse beautifully blends modern un-cluttered décor and amenities with the rustic charm of a 1950’s river cabin. The fully fenced yard promises entertainment for both kids and adults. With a large table and seating you can dine outside or watch the kids hunt for banana slugs, stellar jays or squirells.

The Perfect View

Monte Rio, CA, US
2 Bedrooms 4 Guests
Sep 9 - 11
$309 night

Families love The Perfect View! It’s centrally located in Monte Rio - walking distance to public beaches, boat rentals, restaurants, small market, skate park, and playground - and overlooking the Russian River. And the views!!! You’ll relish the play of light on the river and redwood covered mountains across the valley as well as the steady stream of wildlife living in and around the river: otters, herons, ducks, swallows, turtles, and a wide variety of fish including Coho, Chinook, and Steelhead. The rear deck is the real gem - mostly covered for year round use - with a 2-person hot tub, gas BBQ, outdoor dining area, and additional seating. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast or simply a cup of coffee while watching the fog burn off on a summer morning, relaxing throughout the day with a book, grilling up a storm for dinner and eating al fresco, followed by a soak in the hot tub. Hanging out at the house is effortless, but it’s also a great jumping off point for day trips into the redwoods, the coast and along the river. While The Perfect View is perfectly situated on the Russian River, there is not direct access to the river from the house. We recommend walking downriver a quarter mile to Dutch Bill Beach (no services) or walking/driving across the river to the Monte Rio Beach where, in the summer, you can rent canoes/kayaks/inner tubes and supplement your picnic with food at the concession stands. The Perfect View is a hop, skip, and a jump to downtown Occidental - known for dueling, family-run Italian restaurants; an amazing seasonal farmer’s market; and Howard Station Café - don’t miss their breakfast.

A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (firewood not provided) with a wood-burning stove anchors the great room (live November through March). Turquoise sofas angle toward the smart TV as sliding glass doors frame the river beyond. Navy cabinetry with yellow accents and a modern range hood over the gas range make the U-shaped kitchen the visual statement of the home. The dining area sets the group on contemporary chairs, the river view never far from any seat. OUTDOOR LIVING The covered lounge features turquoise wicker seating around a gas firepit with mounted TV, heat lamps, and roll-down shades for year-round use. Your private hot tub on the wraparound deck delivers river and redwood views. Outdoor dining sits under string lights, and a gas grill tucks behind wood privacy fencing. You’ll have two parking spaces: one in front of the gate or one behind it, plus additional street parking across from the home. A car makes the Russian River Valley easy to explore, from redwood trails to riverside wineries. Cell service gets patchy in the redwoods, so downloading offline maps before you arrive is worth it. Relax on the deck with river views, enjoy the fire pit, or step onto the private dock (May–Sept) that puts you right on top of the river—an ideal launchpad for the kayak, canoe, and paddleboard. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, this cozy cabin is just minutes from Guerneville, Duncans Mills, local wineries, and the Pacific Coast. Escape to River’s Edge, a secluded riverfront sanctuary where the forest meets the water. Tucked away in the Russian River Valley, this retreat offers the perfect mix of classic cabin charm and modern luxury. Whether you’re here to soak in the hot tub under the redwoods, craft pizzas in the outdoor oven, or simply unplug by the fire, this is your private basecamp for relaxation and connection. As you step inside, you’ll find a home that balances the historic feel of a lodge with the freshness of a modern remodel. The living room is defined by character—planked walls, heavy ceiling beams, and a classic brick fireplace—but it feels playful rather than dark. We’ve curated a "rustic whimsy" aesthetic, filled with interesting art and unique findings that spark conversation and make the space feel personal. The heart of the home is the sun-drenched kitchen. Skylights flood the room with natural light, illuminating the clean white cabinetry and the central island (a perfect spot to perch with a glass of wine). The dining area is wrapped in glass, offering uninterrupted views of the forest canopy. Mornings here are the best part of the day—brew a fresh cup (Keurig and drip provided) and watch the mist rise off the water through the windows. We believe vacation is about actually resting. The two bedrooms are painted a soft, cheerful yellow to catch the natural light. They are simple, uncluttered, and designed for comfort, featuring queen-sized beds with proper bedside tables and reading lamps. There is plenty of room to unpack, settle in, and leave your suitcase in the corner. The bathroom features cool tile floors, a shower, and an extra-long mirror that makes getting ready easy for two people. We provide plenty of freshly laundered towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, along with a kit of emergency essentials so you have everything you need the moment you arrive. The outdoor living space is designed for making memories. We’ve turned the deck into a theater for river life, where the architecture literally makes space for nature. The expansive deck was custom-built to accommodate the redwoods, "kissing" the bark and allowing the trees to burst right through the floorboards. You can step out of the hot tub and be within arm’s length of a tree that has stood here for generations. Fire up the brick pizza oven and BBQ for an al fresco dinner, or settle into the outdoor chairs around the fire pit, surrounded by landscaped ferns and native grasses. From the hot tub, you are perched up above the river with a view of the water below. It’s the perfect vantage point to watch summer floaters drifting by in the distance, or simply listen to the wind in the trees. During the warmer months (Memorial Day weekend through Columbus / Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend), guests can enjoy access to the seasonal dock and kayaks. Whether you are planning a quiet couples’ retreat, a family getaway, or a reunion with friends, we invite you to River’s Edge. We would love to host you and help you create your next great memory. Guests have full access to the cabin, deck, yard, and riverfront. Watercraft, including a kayak, canoe, and paddleboard, are available for guest use. Outdoor amenities such as the fire pit, BBQ, and pizza oven are all yours to enjoy. Please keep in mind most of these outdoor amenities are only available seasonally (Memorial Day weekend through Columbus / Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend). Please inquire for specific questions. While you’ll feel miles away from civilization, the cabin is perfectly situated in the heart of the Russian River Valley. A car is highly recommended, and the drive along River Road and the Bohemian Highway is scenic and part of the adventure. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on-site. The cabin provides direct river access for swimming or kayaking, while nearby attractions, scenic drives, beaches, and wineries are all easily reachable by car. • 0.5-mile walk to the river access • 2-minute drive to Northwood Golf Club. This is a rare chance to play a course designed by Dr. Alister MacKenzie (the architect of Augusta National) set entirely within a Redwood forest. • 10-minute drive to downtown Monte Rio • 10-mile (20-minute) drive to the west takes you to the Pacific Ocean where the river meets the sea at Jenner. • 5–15-minute drive to multiple local Pinot Noir wineries • 15-minute drive to Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve • 20-minute drive to Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) Seasonal River Access: The dock and stairs are seasonal and may be removed from October through May depending on river conditions. However, the views remain year-round. Amenities: Wood-burning stove, outdoor gas grill, pizza oven, hot tub, and fire pit are available for use (firewood is not provided and can be purchased at many of the local stores and gas stations). Watercraft: 1 kayak, 1 canoe, and 1 paddle board are provided (seasonal availability depends on river flow/dock installation). Dog Policy: 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed. Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds. Dogs must never be left unattended on the property. Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out. No excessive barking. Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard. A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests’ dogs. 📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed. Monte Rio Dream - Dog-Friendly Redwood Cabin with Hot Tub and Deck

Monte Rio, CA, US
2 Bedrooms 6 Guests
Aug 19 - 21
$235 night

Sink into your private hot tub as redwoods tower overhead, their scent mingling with the woodsmoke from neighboring chimneys. This coral-colored A-frame welcomes you and your pup with contemporary comfort wrapped in classic cabin charm. Room for 6 in two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. Just 0.8 miles to Monte Rio Beach and 0.2 miles to Northwood Restaurant. The Russian River’s unhurried rhythm sets the pace here — kayaking, golf, and riverside dining all within minutes. Spend mornings on the deck as mist lifts off the Russian River, afternoons floating the river or visiting Korbel and Joseph Jewell tasting rooms, and evenings around the firepit with the day’s bottles. An open great room holds two seating areas — sofas around a leather ottoman, plus a burgundy reading chair — all framed by forest through large windows. Abstract artwork pops against white walls and honey-toned wood trim. Dramatic black granite with bold veining tops the U-shaped kitchen, with light wood cabinets and a French door fridge alongside the gas range. A peninsula seats four for bar dining beneath a skylight — coffee at sunrise lands here, every time. OUTDOOR LIVING The expansive stone-tiled deck becomes your outdoor living room. A wicker sectional creates a lounge area, a high-top table with bar stools invites alfresco meals, and the gas grill handles evening barbecues. Then slip into your private hot tub as stars peek through the redwood canopy. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Two queen bedrooms — the first with glass doors to the deck, the second with built-in closets. Both showcase exposed beam ceilings and forest views. A queen sofa bed in the living room accommodates extra guests. Sleeps 6. PROPERTY AMENITIES -- Private hot tub -- Gas grill -- Full kitchen with dishwasher -- Washer and dryer -- Dog-friendly (1 dog up to 50 lbs.) -- Four-car garage parking Drop into the private hot tub on the deck under exposed wood beams, then cook out at the deck kitchen as the redwoods close in. You’ve got the whole home, dogs welcome, with a jetted tub for the soak after, a balcony off the main level, and outdoor dining among the trees. Punch in the keypad code at the door; the garage fits two officially, four if you tandem them in. Monte Rio is about 90 minutes from San Francisco via 101 and River Road — a winding drive through redwoods and river country. Your home includes a massive four-car garage, so parking is never a concern. A car makes the Russian River Valley easy to explore, from redwood trails to riverside wineries. Cell service gets patchy in the redwoods, so downloading offline maps before you arrive is worth it. The home’s radiant floor heating keeps you cozy on cool forest mornings — no traditional AC needed as the redwood canopy and cross-ventilation naturally cool the space even on warm summer days. Your smart TV connects to your streaming accounts for movie nights. The Pack-N-Play in the closet makes traveling with little ones easier. Monte Rio’s charm lies in its authentic, unhurried pace — this isn’t a resort town but a genuine river community where the dress code is swimsuits and sandals. Cell service can be spotty under the redwoods, but the home’s internet keeps you connected when needed. The primary renter must be 21 or older. For the best river experience, bring water shoes — the rocky riverbed makes them essential for comfortable swimming. Highway 116 runs through town, so you may hear some road noise, but it quiets considerably at night when the forest sounds take over. License number: LIC24-0282,ZPE12-0079

Redwood Lodge - A-Frame on the Russian River

Monte Rio, CA, US
2 Bedrooms 4 Guests
Aug 19 - 21
$283 night

Redwood Lodge sleeps 4 adults across two bedrooms and a private loft sleeping area — with one of the bedrooms tucked off the garage for guests who’d rather have their own space. The wraparound deck looks out over the Russian River through redwood crowns. Steps from Northwood Golf Club, a mile from Monte Rio Beach, and dog-friendly. Out here, the only schedule that matters is sunrise and sunset. Redwood Lodge is a traditional A-frame on the Russian River, with exposed pine-beam cathedral ceilings rising above walls of glass that open onto the redwood canopy. Original lines and warm wood throughout -- not a modern remodel, but a true classic A-frame cabin with all the character that comes with one. River and mountain views frame the 1,100-square-foot interior. Spend mornings on the wraparound deck with coffee and the river canyon below, afternoons on the redwood trails or in the Russian River Valley tasting rooms, and evenings around the dining table comparing notes from the day’s bottles. The open living space centers on a dark leather sectional facing the wall-mounted TV, with tile floors, layered area rugs, and large windows framing the redwoods on every side. The galley kitchen, lined with light wood cabinets, comes fully equipped -- dishwasher, full-size fridge, and counter space enough for two cooks. A wooden dining table seats six under a chandelier, with a china cabinet ready for the day’s tasting-room finds. OUTDOOR LIVING The wraparound deck makes the most of the hillside -- a dining table with umbrella, a gas grill for riverside barbecues, and lounge seating angled toward the forested ridges and distant mountain views. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Two queen bedrooms plus a private loft sleeping area sleep four adults. The main-floor bedroom sits beside the living area with its own sliding door onto the deck. The loft sleeping area is up its own staircase, tucked under the A-frame ceiling and served by a private bathroom — there’s no door between the loft and the living area below, so think of it as an open suite (private in feel, but not fully enclosed). The second bedroom is off the garage and offers a private retreat for guests who’d rather not share — no central heat, but a space heater is provided. PROPERTY AMENITIES -- 2 bedrooms (one off the garage for extra privacy) + private loft sleeping area -- Wraparound deck with river-canyon and redwood views -- Dog-friendly (max 2) -- Walking distance to Northwood Golf Club -- Washer and dryer The whole lodge is yours, including the wraparound deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill. Parking is for up to 2 cars in the narrow driveway. Check-in is at 4 PM via smart-lock keypad code; check-out by 10 AM. Monte Rio is about 90 minutes from San Francisco via 101 and River Road, a winding drive through redwoods and river country. You’ll have parking for up to 2 vehicles in the narrow driveway. A car makes the Russian River Valley easy to explore, from redwood trails to riverside wineries. Cell service gets patchy in the redwoods, so downloading offline maps before you arrive is worth it. The fireplace and wood stove in photos are decorative only -- a portable space heater is in the bedroom off the garage if you need supplemental heat. Occupancy is capped at 4 adults. A set of interior stairs leads up to the main level of the house. The home sits right on the Russian River, but the property itself doesn’t have direct river access. There’s no air conditioning -- the redwood canopy and the home’s elevated design catch river breezes and keep the interior naturally cool, even on warm summer days. High-speed internet runs throughout the home. Dogs are welcome and must be leashed outdoors since the property isn’t fenced. The surrounding roads are narrow and winding, typical of Russian River properties. Monte Rio observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, and outdoor amplified sound isn’t permitted. Minimum age to book is 21. License number: LIC24-0285,ZPE11-0057

Just a 5-minute walk to a community beach with river access and a mile from Lightwave Coffee. Your days here move at redwood pace — slow, grounded, and deeply restorative among these ancient giants. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace wall anchors the heart of the home — load up the wood-burning insert and the sectional pulls you in for a fireside evening. Glass doors slide open completely so indoor and outdoor merge; track lighting and skylights in the vaulted ceiling keep the room bright on foggy days. White cabinets trimmed in wood line the kitchen steps away, a skylight above for prep light and yellow bar stools at a small breakfast bar. Beyond it, orange chairs sit around a dark wood dining table by the deck doors. OUTDOOR LIVING Multiple redwood-stained decks expand your living space into the trees. The main deck invites you to linger with built-in seating, a glass-top coffee table, and wooden outdoor furniture. Fire up the stainless steel gas grill for forest dining. A unique curved staircase connects the upper and lower deck levels — pure whimsy among the redwoods. The enclosed yard provides safe play space for children. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The primary bedroom cradles you beneath vaulted wood-plank ceilings, with a queen bed and an orange upholstered chair and ottoman tucked by the window as a reading nook. Punch in the keypad code at the door; one car fits in the driveway or parallel to the gate, with overflow across the street. Monte Rio is about 90 minutes from San Francisco via 101 and River Road — a winding drive through redwoods and river country. You’ll find parking for one vehicle in the driveway, plus space for another car parallel to the gate. Additional overflow parking sits across the street along the wood fence. A car makes the Russian River Valley easy to explore, from redwood trails to riverside wineries. Cell service gets patchy in the redwoods, so downloading offline maps before you arrive is worth it. This home features one outward-facing security camera on the front porch with audio capability. Important: Cell service is extremely limited here, and the home sits in a dead internet zone. Save your check-in instructions and any important information before arriving, as you won’t be able to access emails once here. The home’s internet works well once you’re connected to Wi-Fi. The cottage stays naturally cool thanks to the shading redwood canopy — most days you’ll find the forest breeze is all you need. On the warmest summer afternoons, fans help circulate the air. Please note that EV charging is strictly prohibited on the property; the visible charger is for owner use only and is not available to guests. Quiet hours run from 9 PM to 8 AM to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. The primary renter must be 21 or older. Please note this property doesn’t include laundry facilities, so pack accordingly for your forest retreat. License number: TVR19-0104,LIC24-0575

With nearby access to Northwood Golf, downtown Guerneville, river beaches, and the Sonoma Coast, Everwood is perfectly situated for your Wine Country getaway. Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Everwood is 6 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 9 pm until 7 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please drive slowly and help us maintain good neighbor relations. A Note About Our Cleaning Fees: Thank you for supporting our local business! When you stay with us, you support local families at work. We think everyone deserves a decent living wage, and we make sure to set the rates and fees so that our cleaners earn a living wage in beautiful Sonoma County. Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway – 2 under the carport closest to the house and 1 under a 2nd carport further down the driveway. There is no street parking or shoulder. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance. Bed Sizes: Upper-level bedroom: Queen bed; Middle level bedroom: Queen bed; Lower-level bedroom: Queen bed. Bedrooms and Doors: The upstairs bedroom is fully enclosed – not a loft – but does not have a door at the top or bottom of the stairs. There is a 180* turn in the stairs, so there is full visual privacy for guests in the upper bedroom. The middle and lower level bedrooms have doors. Heating: Central heat keeps the house cozy year-round. While there may be firewood at the property, firewood and kindling are not provided for the woodstove. We recommend bringing your own or checking the property before purchasing wood. Cooling: The house does not have air conditioning. Being near the coast, the nighttime temps drop and just opening some windows is usually enough to cool the house. There are screens on the windows and a ceiling fan in the living/dining area. Kitchen: There is a dishwasher, double oven, and gas range. The kitchen is fully stocked (minus groceries) for your stay. Bathrooms: Upper-level bathroom: shower; Middle level bathroom: shower over bathtub and the laundry area; Lower-level bathroom: shower. The lower-level bathroom has radiant floor heating and a towel-warmer! Location: Everwood is in a cozy residential, hillside neighborhood. It is a mix of permanent residents and vacation rentals, families, working folks, and visitors. To honor this balance, we ask guests to park only in the designated areas of the driveway and respect the quiet hours in addition to general family-friendly, residential neighborhood expectations. Everwood is set on nearly an acre parcel, but sound carries so we ask guests to be aware of noise – especially once quiet time starts at 9 pm. Thank you for helping to continue the tradition of a mutually beneficial relationship between vacation rentals and local community! Rural Setting and Critters: We live in a rural area with ants, spiders, rodents, and larger critters from raccoons and mountain lions to bears. While we make the best effort to prevent them coming into homes, we also do not use poison where it can harm wildlife, pets, and children. And keeping all critters out is simply not possible. We appreciate your help in putting tasty smelling items into refrigerators, proper disposal of trash, and understanding that ants (especially) come in without warning and may not have been present at the time of cleaning. If you adventure though the undeveloped areas of the property, be sure to wear mosquito repellant and check for hitchhikers. Cell Phones: Please be aware that many cell phones will not have service at this location. There is wifi though! Road to Everwood: The house is located up a narrow one-lane road. It is a two-way, one-lane curvy hillside road - fully paved and no special vehicle is required. You may need to stop/pull over for oncoming traffic. There are deer and other wildlife on the roads and in the area. We recommend taking the road slowly and trying to arrive in daylight the first time. Detailed written driving directions are provided to confirmed guests. The driveway is paved and clearly defined but may be steeper than you are used to. Stairs and Paths: Everwood is a 3-story home on a 0.8-acre hillside lot with several terraces and seating areas above and below the house. Monte Rio Vista Lodge - Dog-Friendly Russian River View Retreat with Hot Tub

Monte Rio, CA, US
1 Bedrooms 4 Guests
Aug 22 - 24
$304 night

The Russian River glimmers through the trees below your hot tub at this dog-friendly Monte Rio lodge. This dog-friendly cottage perched above the water offers a gas fireplace and room for 4. Just 5 minutes from Guerneville’s restaurants and 15 from the Sonoma Coast. Your deck becomes a front-row seat to river life — watch kayakers drift by as eagles soar overhead. This is Monte Rio magic: where time slows down and the river sets the pace. Spend mornings on the deck as mist lifts off the Russian River, afternoons floating the river or visiting Korbel and Joseph Jewell tasting rooms, and evenings around the firepit with the day’s bottles. A leather sofa pulls in beside the gas fireplace as sliding glass doors open to your private deck. A small desk corner is set up for a stretch of remote work; track lighting and bamboo blinds keep the room warm. Honey-toned cabinets and a French door fridge open the kitchen straight onto the dining area. The downstairs double room sits in a vaulted nook with built-in shelving — a quiet retreat for kids or a second couple. OUTDOOR LIVING Your stone patio hosts a hot tub alongside a fire pit table for evenings under the stars. The wooden deck features a gas grill with propane and seating with tropical-print pillows on patterned rugs. From this hillside perch, the Russian River winds through the forested valley below. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The main bedroom offers a queen bed beneath exposed ceiling beams with orange accent chairs. Downstairs, the basement provides a double/full bed in a nook with vaulted ceilings and built-in shelving. Total capacity: 4 guests. PROPERTY AMENITIES -- Private hot tub -- Gas fireplace -- Fire pit table -- Gas grill with propane -- Full kitchen -- Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, 80 lbs each) Drop into the private hot tub on the stone patio, light the fire pit, and watch the river slip through the trees beyond the deck. You’ve got the whole home, dogs welcome, with a gas fireplace, outdoor dining, and a few separate sleeping structures across the property. Punch in the keypad code at the door; two small cars fit in the driveway. Monte Rio is about 90 minutes from San Francisco via 101 and River Road — a winding drive through redwoods and river country. The cottage provides parking for two vehicles in the driveway. A car makes the Russian River Valley easy to explore, from redwood trails to riverside wineries. Cell service gets patchy in the redwoods, so downloading offline maps before you arrive is worth it. The cottage stays naturally cool thanks to the redwood canopy and river breezes — like most Russian River properties, there’s no air conditioning, though summer days can reach the 80s-90s. We provide high-speed internet (236 Mbps) perfect for streaming or remote work, though cell service can be spotty in the redwoods. Your dogs are welcome here! The property accommodates up to 2 dogs (80 lbs max each). They’ll love exploring the forested surroundings and nearby trails. Please note you’ll climb stairs from the parking area to reach the front door — the cottage is perched on the hillside for those spectacular views. The primary renter must be 21 or older. Take advantage of the washer and dryer for longer stays. For the best river experience, bring water shoes for rocky areas and binoculars for wildlife watching. The hot tub is serviced weekly and ready for star gazing. License number: TVR24-0035,LIC24-0966
