POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa and pool area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! The main unit of the house has a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are three additional guest bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal or enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig! You can cozy up in the living room by siting by the fire and enjoying a movie or playing games and making memories with your loved ones. The detached ADU has a Murphy bed, full bathroom with a shower, a shuffle board and foosball table, and is the perfect place to practice yoga. We are really counting on you to take great care of the home. KITCHEN RULES: Please only use soap and water to clean our custom concrete big kitchen island. No red wine on the concrete island as it will stain. In the past, someone spilled coffee. This is very expensive to redo. FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS: If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. BASKETBALL COURT RULES: Please do not dunk or hang on the rims of the basketball court. We wish they were as durable as the official NBA hoops, but they’re not quite ;) You will be held liable for any damage. Please be respectful of the property as we want as many future guests to enjoy this amenity. PLUMBING: Like ours, most houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $500 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
