Cleanliness: We increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance: we will wash them whether or not they appear to be used - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends.
