DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL The downstairs unit is rented as part of the house, but has a totally separate entrance and its own mini-kitchen, dining and living space, making our house ideal for 2 families to share or for families with older kids who may need a little more space. You enter the downstairs area on the beach level through large sliding glass doors that open onto a patio. Downstairs has a 2nd master bedroom featuring a King size bed with an ensuite full bath with surround shower. The master bedroom is open to the living room and ocean view. The downstairs has its own living, dining, and kitchen space. The kitchen is smaller than the upstairs kitchen, but still very functional (*Note - no dishwasher or stove/oven in the downstairs kitchen). THE BEACH The beach level has its own private sand area, that comes with chaise lounges, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit for bonfires (wood not provided), hot tub, outdoor shower, dining area, and grill. Our private beach is behind a barrier of rocks, that fronts the public beach which has a great surf break for boogie boarding or surfing. During low tide you can hang out on the public beach or go walking on the beach. Our house comes stocked with boogie boards and sand toys so that you can take full advantage of our amazing location. This is truly the ultimate Southern California beach vacation spot. Please note you are not permitted to climb over the rock barrier, but there are 2 public beach access points ½ block in either direction of the home.
