If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home has a monthly exterminator service, but you may still see some harmless native beetles and bugs during your stay. - The fountains on the property are inoperable due to water conservation in Paso Robles. - The front gate opens and closes manually. - The living room fireplace is not available for guest use. - Please note that spa heating is not complimentary.
