The two main bedrooms each have a full bed. The third is built for flexibility — a twin-over-twin bunk, a trundle, and a full bed — which makes it the obvious pick for kids crashing after a day on the slopes or adults who just need somewhere to land. With two floors, there’s always somewhere to spread out. The main level holds the living room, anchored by an electric fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and barstool seating made for lingering. About fifteen minutes west, the Village along Pine Knot Boulevard delivers walkable dining and shopping, and Big Bear Marina is your launch point for boat and jet ski rentals, wakeboarding, charter fishing, and a full day on the lake.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
