TRUVI Requirements: We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. The name on your TRUVI application must match the primary guest listed on the reservation. In accordance with city and state regulations, the background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not fully confirmed until these requirements are met, and check-in instructions will only be provided once completed.
