Lots of outside parking next to the building. Featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch; 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs; full kitchen with all amenities; hot tub that is overlooking to the mountains. You will have access to the entire condo (elevator is available if needed). Walk to the Mercantile, Raw Market, restaurants (Spoonline, Chair 5) , Girdwood brewing or take the shuttle around Girdwood or closer to the mountains. This is a quiet building: quiet hours to be observed after 9pm and until 8am. no pets and absolutely no parties. Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible.
