Our hanok is located in Seochon, where the history and charm of Seoul come alive, specifically near the Sejong Village Food Street.
This street is filled with local eateries and cozy restaurants, offering a wonderful opportunity to taste diverse Korean flavors and experience local life up close.
Nearby Tongin Market is a traditional market dating back to the Joseon Dynasty, famous for its oil tteokbokki and dosirak (lunchbox) cafes, loved by both locals and travelers.
The area around the accommodation features serene hanok alleys, and major attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Cheong Wa Dae Sarangchae, and the Daelim Museum are close by, offering a blend of Seoul’s tradition and modernity.
Seochon, with its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, is less crowded than Bukchon but still warm and charming. It’s full of artist studios, atmospheric cafes, and unique local shops—perfect for spending a day walking around.

To make a reservation, you must agree to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in eviction or penalties.
-Due to the structural characteristics of Hanoks (traditional Korean house), there may be facilities and furnishings that pose risks to infants, elderly guests, and pregnant women, such as slippery bathtubs, gravel paths and high stairs or thresholds.
We are not responsible for any safety accidents that may occur within the accomodation. If you choose to stay, extra care and supervision by a guardian is required.
-Guests under the age of 19 are not permitted to stay without a guardian.
-Unauthorized commercial filming or events are prohibited.
-Cooking foods with strong odors or smoke is prohibited.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas. (Penalty of $300 will be charged if violated.)
-Any behavior that may disturb neighbors, such as excessive noise or loud shouting, is prohibited.
-Entry is restricted to the number of guests listed in the reservation.
-CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance.
-Please remove your shoes indoors and use the provided disposable indoor slippers.
-Due to the nature of hanok, insects may enter the property. We make efforts to minimize this during cleaning, but guests who are sensitive should consider carefully before booking. No refunds will be provided for this reason.
-Pets are not allowed.
-There is no designated parking space. Please use nearby public parking through the “모두의 주차장(Modu Parking)” app.
