CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES - Unless confirmed in advance via the Guest Portal link, check-in is 3.00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am on your final day. Cleaning rosters are set a week in advance and the team start at 10:00am, thank you. LINEN - Please strip the sheets and pillows placing them in the bathroom together with bath and kitchen towels and cloths. Please do not strip duvets as they are washed separately. (No need to wash any linen please as this is done professionally). BBQ - If a BBQ is provided and used, please ensure you clean it prior to departure or a $50 fee will be incurred. We have provided everything required to clean it in the blue cube. KITCHEN - If a dishwasher is provided please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Alternatively please handwash your dishes and put them away. Please do not turn the fridge/freezer off. RUBBISH - Two bags and a recycling bin are provided free of charge. These are located under the kitchen sink, with bins outside. Any surplus rubbish, please leave in rubbish bags beside the bins. Please contact us if this is an issue for any reason. BEFORE LEAVING - Please check that all doors are locked and windows are shut, lights, electric blankets, the heat pump and/or heaters are turned off, and return the key to the lockbox. Heading down a flight of stairs you’ll find a further bedroom (2 x king singles) and a bathroom. Off this level is access to a courtyard, BBQ and gate access to the Waikato River – fishing literally at your doorstep. The spacious open plan living is on the top floor which houses the modern full kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances and the third bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite with bath/shower combination. There are 2 heat pumps and under floor heating in the bathrooms to keep you cosy and warm in the winter months. The apartment has Wi-Fi included as well as freeview in bedroom televisions, and Smart TV in the lounge to keep the family entertained. If you have a boat or jet ski, mooring can often be found available directly in front of the apartment, alternatively you can secure these in the 2 car, internal access garage. The complex also offers a shared *heated swimming pool (heated between the months of Oct-April) and BBQ area. *The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit all people. Special conditions: Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours especially as this property is part of a complex with permanent residents. Mountain bike tracks can be found within a 5 minute ride from our apartment and caters to all levels of riders. Taupo is centrally located with ski fields only 1 ½ hours away and Rotorua only 1 hour away. We have a guide book at the apartment with plenty of recommendations of places to eat, drink, visit, and adventure to be enjoyed. Our apartment is less than a five minute walk into the town center, making it the perfect place to stay and enjoy the very best of Taupo. Please be aware that the apartment has internal stairs so may not be suitable for all people.
