The residential complex is located on a hill that plunges straight into the so-called "sea outside", the western part of Stintino. The coast of this land side is high and jagged and alternates with sandy and pebble coves. The nearby Le Saline beach, which overlooks the inland coast, more sheltered and characterized by sloping shallow waters, is only 3 km from the Sea Villas, while the famous La Pelosa beach is 10 km away.
