This beautifully restored villa, in the heart of Umbria, makes the perfect holiday destination for a group of friends or a large family. With its own private swimming pool and large gardens, the villa can sleep up to 12 people. The elegant ground floor, with terracotta tiles and traditional beamed ceilings, has a dining room which can accommodate 12 people with an open hearth, ideal for winter fires; a large games/sitting area, a full-size pool table and a spacious kitchen, with a wooden table for more casual dining. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee machine, cooker hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster. A door from the kitchen leads to the charming, brick-vaulted loggia, where guests can dine al fresco, sheltered from the heat of the midday sun. On the first floor of the villa, there is a more formal sitting room with sofas and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The well-maintained gardens provide several different seating areas and options for outdoor dining, including a terrace and a pergola, closer to the private pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers where guests can relax after a swim. There is also a separate games field for football or other activities and some children’s outdoor toys. Villa Torre is a splendid villa rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval defensive tower of the estate. It is almost impossible to find an enthralling sight like the wooded valley below Torre. The beautiful infinity pool and the spectacular roof terrace offer beautiful panoramic views that will remain carved into your memory. Villa del Cammino is a splendid luxury villa inside a large estate. Surely the most spectacular element of this villa is its lush garden with over 3,000 plants that bloom in different periods of the year giving a wonderful display of colors that change with the seasons. Villa del Cammino can accommodate up to 10 guests in the main villa and 2 guests in the elegant cottage near the gardens. Villa Santa, perched on top of Monte Santa Croce, is an example of impeccable restoration in an exceptional site. Perhaps the real name of the villa should be "the villa at the top of the world" thanks to an extraordinary location with a 360 ° view of the estate to which it belongs and Umbria. One of the most impressive villas on the estate, Villa Santa impresses with its refined interior design and its large infinity pool that seems to float above the Murlo valley. Villa Santa can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). The villa is built on several floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a small bathroom.
