Bright and spacious apartment on the top floor of a building with elevator, located in a quiet panoramic area of Moggio. Recently renovated, it offers all modern comforts without sacrificing the charm of mountain houses: some wooden furniture and the characteristic decorative fireplace (not usable) create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a holiday in any season. The real strength of the house is the beautiful open view of the surrounding mountains, which you can admire comfortably from the terrace and balcony. The living area is large and bright, with a cozy relaxation area consisting of a double sofa bed, armchair, TV and direct access to the panoramic terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. The kitchen is separate and habitable, equipped with a dining table, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and everything necessary to prepare meals independently. Moggio is connected to Lecco by the D35 bus line, although the schedules are rather limited, especially in the evening and on holidays, so the car is recommended for moving more freely.
