Interior: The property consists of the main house and an annex for a total area of about 300 sq m. MAIN HOUSE: Villa Metelliano has three floors connected internally by stairs and also by a lift. From the main entrance, located on the ground floor, you accede directly to the dining room which leads to the super-equipped industrial kitchen with access to the external laundry. Next to the dining room is the large living room with sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and fireplace. Completing the floor is a guest bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have French windows giving direct access to the set-up garden structures.
