It has recently undergone a full renovation so everything looks smart and clean and modern - the ideal place to enjoy your stay in this vibrant Kerry town on the Wild Atlantic Way. Seanacnoc is a detached home set on an acre of private land with mature gardens to the front and side and plenty of grassed area to the rear. The two double bedrooms are at the front and so offer great sea views. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds. The family bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. It has a Bosch coffee machine, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The cupboards and shelves are stocked with all the cutlery, crockery, cookware and glasses you’ll need. There is no tumble dryer but there is a clothes line out the back and a clothes horse for drying indoors.  Seanacnoc is cosy home which is heated with oil fired central heating. A new boiler has just been installed which is very efficient and can be controlled remotely. The wifi is excellent and is available for guests to use free of charge during your stay. The sitting room is at the front of the cottage with fabulous views. It has lovely pops of colour in the soft furnishings which really add personality to the room. With unrivalled views towards Kenmare Bay below, this is a truly wonderful place to holiday and enjoy this most beautiful corner of Ireland.  The moment you drive through the gate you will be encompassed by the beautiful lawns and the views beyond. There is plenty of car parking space close to the entrance door. You enter through the utility area (ideal for kicking off wellies or flip flops depending on the season) into the open plan living area. The first thing you will see when you walk in is the incredible uninterrupted view over the Bay below from all of the floor to ceiling windows and doors.   Although open plan, this space has clearly defined areas within it. The kitchen is really well laid out and has everything you will need during your stay including a Rangemaster, beautifully crafted cabinets, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty more besides. It has an island unit perfect for preparing meals and a stool to sit at. To the left is the cosy sitting room area with comfy couches, SMART TV and great views. The dining table is in the middle of the room and can be extended to comfortably seat 8 people. There is a little corner to the right of the room with a vibrant orange loveseat and matching upholstered chair – perfect for retiring to with a good book. The wood burning stove and eye catching blue fireplace takes up the right hand wall area and provides an attractive focal point in the room.   Separate is the sunroom with more comfy couches to sink into while enjoying the views and perhaps a steaming cup of morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. The telescope in the corner will offer you the chance to spot stars and constellations here on the edge of the Dark Sky Reserve. If you feel you need to escape from the rest of the house you can close off this sunroom using the sliding door between it and the main living space. There is a door from the main living area as well as bilfold doors leading from the sunroom out onto the deck where you will really capture the essence of this property and the views beyond. Relax and enjoy the long summer evenings sitting at the picnic bench. There is also a bbq and fire pit for your use during your stay. Should the weather turn cold or wintery you could move inside and snuggle up in front of the stove with some board games thoughtfully provided for your use by the owners. There are four bedrooms to the left of the living area. Please note that there are a couple of shallow steps going down to this area. The main bathroom is a wet room style with walk in shower. Beside this is the amply sized single bedroom. Next door is a double bedroom with wash hand basin and mirror over it. Each of these rooms offers views towards the Bay.  There is a lovely twin bedroom overlooking the garden opposite and then the master double bedroom has a king size bed and large ensuite with both a bath and a separate shower.   Please note that there are uncovered ponds on the grounds of this property so we advise that it may not be suitable for children under the age of 8. Newly renovated with much care, this spacious detached four bedroom holiday home is the perfect option for your stay in Kenmare.  The open plan kitchen, dining and sunroom area is so bright and cheery even on the dullest of days. There are windows looking out in every direction yet because the house is so removed from its closest neighbour, you have complete privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay and there is a separate utility room with an American style fridge-freezer, a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with two stools - ideal for your morning coffee. The dining table can seat up to 8 people and it leads into the lovely airy sunroom with comfy couches - perfect for an evening aperitif! There is also a separate lounge room with a TV, electric fire and couches with recliners. This home offers plenty of options should you wish to find yourself a peaceful corner or indeed to gather together at any given time. One of the four bedrooms is downstairs. It has a double bed and is ensuite with shower. There is also a guest loo downstairs for your convenience. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. They are all double bedrooms and two are ensuite with a walk in shower and separate bath. The third bedroom has access to the main bathroom directly across from it and it too has a walk in shower and separate bath.  There is off street parking for 3-4 cars and the house is surrounded by garden. It is important to note that a small stream runs along the very back of the property so after a heavy rainfall, it can fill up. Young children should be supervised at all times.
