INDOOR AREAS - There is a roomy living area on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 14 people. - It is equipped with several amenities, including a portable music system, foosball table, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, indoor fireplace and CCTV cameras. - The dining area is a part of the living room. The circular dining table can seat up to 6 people. OUTDOOR AREAS - The exteriors of the villa feature 2 landscaped lawns, with several walkways spread across the property. - They are 600 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft. in size. Each can seat up to 15 and 12 people respectively. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Guests can also choose to eat a la carte, from a selection of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian local specialties. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 female staff members and 3 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The female staff members will be accommodated in-house and the male staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.  - Heater, WiFi, electric kettle, fireplace and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds and attached balconies offering a hill view.  - The room on the ground floor along with one of the rooms on the first floor also features an AC. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor.  - It provides seating for up to 10 people.  - It is equipped with WiFi and a heater.  - The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary.  - Lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per meal for veg meals and at Rs. 700 per person, per meal for non-veg meals.  - Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed.  GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.  INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members or 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, inclusive of breakfast. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. In case, there is a male and a female staff member, the female staff member will be accommodated in-house.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also venture out, go on hikes and trails and embrace the beauty around.  ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.  - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living area for safety reasons.  - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours. Alternatively, the generator can also provide power backup. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.  - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Most mobile networks work fairly well here.  - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects.
