On the second floor, indulge in the main room that spans 20 square meters, featuring a lavish king bed, an option for additional mattress accommodations on the floor, and a private bathroom with hot water. For entertainment, the room boasts a 120" smart TV projector, perfect for cozy movie nights or leisurely afternoons. The second bedroom, also located on the second floor, includes two single beds with the flexibility of a trundle bed or an extra mattress on the floor, paired with its own private bathroom and a sleek ultra-slim 55" smart TV adorned with mirrored artwork. The delightful third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a smart TV with a 43" swivel screen for versatility, and high-definition sound, sharing a tastefully designed bathroom with the other guestroom.

My guests have exclusive access to the private house. Access to Karibana’s common areas (Club House and Beach Club) is only permitted for club members or guests who are accompanied by a member.
However, you may enjoy the facilities at Dreams Karibana Hotel, which is located inside the Karibana complex. By purchasing a day-pass (approximately USD 75), you’ll have access to breakfast, lunch, unlimited drinks, and the private beach club, enjoying a full all-inclusive experience from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
HOUSE RULES — PROHIBITED:
Hosting parties inside the property or at the pool.
Entering the pool while intoxicated.
Playing loud music — volume must remain moderate.
Allowing access to visitors who are not registered in the reservation.
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don’t have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.
IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
