We are happy to place our house at your disposal for the time of your vacation in Schmirn and hope that you will spend a wonderful time here.
But we also ask you to treat the house with care and would like to draw your attention to some important points:
- Our tap water is drinking water of highest mountain water quality and can be drunk from the tap.
- The internet (Gast Zugang Nedererhof) is freely accessible for all our guests.

Holidays in Schmirn mean enjoying the unspoilt nature in the beautiful mountain valleys and the culture of the mountaineering village, in winter as well as in summer! Our many touring areas are popular with ski tourers and snowshoe hikers. For cross-country skiers there is a circular trail in Toldern. The snow conditions are usually good until spring. The Bergeralm ski area is only 15 minutes by car from the accommodation. It features around 30 km of slopes up to an altitude of 2,200 m. Attention: The Hintertux Glacier is a 2-hour drive from the accommodation!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Quiet hours from 22:00 – 06:00, No Smoking, No Pets, No parties, Security Deposit: € 200;
