Known for its vineyards, local cuisine, and nature parks, Sonoma County (45 minutes from San Francisco) offers a wide array of activities for those looking to retreat from city life. Touring local wineries, dining at farm-to-table restaurants, and visiting world-class spas are classic ways to experience the area. While unwinding is certainly the attitude in Sonoma, activities like horseback riding, hot-air ballooning, and kayaking attract those looking for a little adventure. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! *Home Truths:* - The maximum occupancy for this home is 8. - The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 6. - Please note that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. - Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home. - Please note that pool heat is not available between May and September. - Pool and spa heat are available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - The pool lights are currently non-operational. - Please note that if opting in for pool heat, heater capacities cannot heat both the pool and spa simultaneously. It will need to be changed back and forth when desired. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: - Driveway accommodates 4 vehicles - Parking for an additional 2 vehicles on the street - Garage is unavailable for guest use This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
