Recently built with high standard requirements, this luxurious villa is situated in the southern part of Paros right above the famous Faragas beach which is 2 km away from the picturesque village Aliki and 15 km away from the main town of Paros (Parikia). A few steps away from the villa you can find yourself on the beach. The beach of Faragas is located between two capes that form a windless bay. It is a small sandy beach with turquoise clear waters, a restaurant and a beach bar.
Entering the Villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On each side of the main area, one can find two bedrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with Cocomat mattresses, pillows, linens and towels. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
