This is a ground floor unit with a nice grassy yard off the lanai, surrounded by tropical greenery and with an excellent view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. A $25 per night fee per group grants you access to the spectacular Hali’i Kai Ocean Club, just a short walk from the villa. For a convenient and tasty meal, the Ocean Club Bar and Grill is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The required fee is payable at the Hali’i Kai office upon check-in. A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer’s paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
