Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner.
  • Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent.
  • For Music Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access four days prior to arrival.
  • Main Renter/Guest booking the Villa must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.
  • COVID POOL RESTRICTIONS: All 12 pools are open with reduced occupancies to facilitate social distancing (75 max at the clubhouse, 25 at the lap pools, and 18 at the small pools). For the spas, only one individual or household is permitted at a time. The Fitness Center is still closed presently until the statewide indoor gym restrictions are lifted
