A two-sided fireplace separates the living room from the formal dining room, where sliding glass doors and a mirrored wall bring the beauty of the outdoors in. The adjacent kitchen has every essential appliance (from a French door refrigerator to a dishwasher), a pass-through window to the dining room, and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. But the heart of this home awaits out back, where you’ll find the expansive deck overlooking the golf course, a gas grill, seating for both dining and lounging, and a hammock amongst the trees. At night, there are three bedrooms in separate corners of the house, each with new carpeting, an en suite bathroom, and a flatscreen TV. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a quarter-mile down the road, while Harbour Town’s lighthouse, shops, and eateries are less than two miles northwest.
