The Home
Staying at GATHER@AVILA is an ultimate beach experience. At the home’s main level is a bedroom with ensuite, the great room, dining and kitchen areas. The open living spaces opens to the oversized terrace with the BBQ center, or relax in the outdoor furniture taking in Avila’s warm days with the site and sounds of wave watching.
The great room features a beautiful rock fireplace and 14’ vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is defined by a large 8 ft granite island with ample seating for conversation and informal snacking. This combination of spaces allows everyone to belly-up, kick back, bbq, hob-nob and share the day’s adventures while watching the chef whips up taste morsels. Off of the kitchen are a huge well-stocked pantry and spacious laundry room.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
