Uniquely positioned directly on Paignton Harbour with a front facing terrace perfect for entertaining with truly stunning views directly opposite the harbour. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 6 guests comfortably and includes the latest technology in TV and media entertainment. No hen or stag parties.
The Space:
As you enter the apartment you are greeted by an attractive entrance hall. One climb of small stairs brings you directly into the apartment which consists of two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and both with smart tv’s. The ensuite bathroom has a kingsize bed and single bed the second bedroom has a double bed and single bed sleeping 6 guests. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
