A favorite feature here that is sure to inspire a photo or two, is the glass wall section of the swimming pool. Indeed, it is an impressive sight as you enter the villa and notice the double-height window and sea views.
While private and totally secure within a 24-hour gated community with private beach club, gym, tennis courts and spa, this home is particularly sociable as the terrace looks over a local beach that you may access if you so wish by steps locked by a gate just a short walk from the villa.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - This home is best suited for 8 guests but can sleep up to 10 when accompanied by children.
- - Beach Club at Real del Mar can provide room service upon request ($) and is open for service from 10am-6pm. Dinner is by reservation only.
- - Access to the community sauna is by reservation only.
- - Please note that the home’s hot tub does not have jets.
