Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached, spa-like bathroom and king size bed, a fourth bedroom with king bed, a loft with a desk/work space, custom lighting, ceiling fans, a laundry room and two-car garage. Guests will enjoy inspiring views from the deck, outfitted with a BBQ and firepit. Guests of East West Hospitality enjoy access to ‘The Pavilion’ featuring an outdoor, year-round, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and bar/grill. Golf, tennis, a waterslide, playground and ski shuttle service to Northstar California are offered seasonally. Rental cars recommended during the summer months.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Check in is anytime after 5PM and check out by 10AM.
