The Home
Our modern & luxurious one-bedroom home has a double and can host up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a double bed prepared for your stay with professionally washed linen of the highest quality in order to help our guests relax after a long day. The common spaces consist of an open-plan living room and kitchen – they are ready to welcome everyone who would like to enjoy a home-cooked dinner in a designer but a comfortable setup. The bathroom is deep-cleaned and disinfected before every arrival, equipped with essentials for settling down and feeling at home. Last but not least, the parking is secured by a barrier and it is accessed only by a fob so that every guest can park on their designated space with no troubles. Our guests are given a personalized code for picking up the key from a key box located at the entrance of the building. All instructions and useful information with updated details are provided on the day before their arrival....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.
