Our cottage is completely rebuilt with all the modern & convenient amenities. Paso Robles’ has many things to do and we’re just blocks away from everything downtown has to offer. There are a wide variety of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful leisurely short drive away. Just half an hour away by car you’ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio. The beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur are just over half an hour away. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
