Welcome to Raddon House, a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of Park City’s Old Town. As the only remaining Victorian-style home in the neighborhood, this historic gem offers a truly unique experience that sets it apart from the sea of modern homes. Built by Sam Raddon in the wake of the great fire of 1898, the home carries over a century of history and charm, making it a destination for those who value character and storytelling in their stays. Sam Raddon, a prominent figure in Park City’s history, was the editor and publisher of The Park Record for an astounding 63 years. Guests are encouraged to take a short stroll to the historical marker at 424 Main Street, where his original newspaper office once stood, and enjoy a meal at Cafe Terigo, located on the very site of the 1898 fire.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
